How will you make an impact?
Drive excellence in key customer account scientific laboratory programs in a life science environment through metrics development, SLA adherence, development of savings initiatives, and service excellence.
What will you do?
Direct a team of 10+ individuals supporting logistical services (Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, and other lab services)
Provide reporting of metrics and data analytics
Develop and maintain rapport with key collaborators
Participates in candidate selection process, trains, and evaluates staff’s performance.
Handle staff in a manner that is consistent with our vision
Lead performance measurements to optimize the customer’s perceptions, which includes customer scorecard review, talent assessment, resolving variances, and distribution of customer metrics throughout the organization.
Attend and participate in meetings and conference call with internal and external customers
Adherence to safety protocols as outlined by the client and Thermo Fisher Scientific
How will you get here?
Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required
3-5 years of leadership experience including performance reviews and corrective counseling, required
Metrics development and reporting, highly desirable
Experience in a pharmaceutical and/or service environment, required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Proficient verbal and written communication skills; including experience in writing SOP’s and presentation skills
