How will you make an impact?

Drive excellence in key customer account scientific laboratory programs in a life science environment through metrics development, SLA adherence, development of savings initiatives, and service excellence.

What will you do?

  • Direct a team of 10+ individuals supporting logistical services (Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, and other lab services)

  • Provide reporting of metrics and data analytics

  • Develop and maintain rapport with key collaborators

  • Participates in candidate selection process, trains, and evaluates staff’s performance.

  • Handle staff in a manner that is consistent with our vision

  • Lead performance measurements to optimize the customer’s perceptions, which includes customer scorecard review, talent assessment, resolving variances, and distribution of customer metrics throughout the organization.

  • Attend and participate in meetings and conference call with internal and external customers

  • Adherence to safety protocols as outlined by the client and Thermo Fisher Scientific

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience including performance reviews and corrective counseling, required

  • Metrics development and reporting, highly desirable

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical and/or service environment, required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills; including experience in writing SOP’s and presentation skills
