Become part of Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics and have the opportunity to shape how we design, deliver, and deploy our integrated informatics solutions to a market segment where technology is bringing high impact to the improvement of people’s lives. With our software solutions, we target diversified segments within the healthcare industry – e.g., national, regional and enterprise networked hospitals, primary care facilities, specialized clinics, radiology, and cardiology centers.

As the Senior Product Manager Workflow Management, you will be responsible for driving value proposition and innovation roadmap for our workflow solutions. We have a market leading portfolio of Enterprise Imaging and Informatics solutions that spans multiple clinical domains (e.g., Radiology, Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology) and are looking for a product manager that is well versed in workflow solutions. You will drive both the short-term roadmap as well as the longer-term vision where we aim to embed AI into our workflow solutions and move them to our newly built SaaS platform. The scope of the role is Global so working with customers and markets globally to identify differences in workflow is critical to the success of this role.

To further build out its vision and roadmap you will work in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, ranging from other product managers, cloud hosting & operations specialists, R&D architects, and clinical specialists.

This position requires an innovation mindset, thought leadership, strong influencing skills, high judgment, and an ability to balance customer experience with financial impact.

In summary, you will spearhead creating cutting-edge workflow solutions that will improve the lives of billions of people globally.

You are responsible for

  • Owning the in- and external value proposition for our workflow solutions and its continuous enhancement driven by global and local market needs

  • Balance the needs of the various clinical domains when designing the solution

  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs and commercial success criteria by working together with customers, colleagues across global markets, and industry partners

  • Work closely with Product Proposition teams to ensure their requirements land into our workflow solutions and achieving commercial success.

  • Create and execute a future vision to deliver solutions that are unique to the industry by smartly leveraging new technologies like AI as well as insights from other industries

  • Act as a though leader and industry spokesperson within and outside of Philips for workflow related topics – e.g., customer education, training of colleagues, represent us on relevant tradeshows.

You are part of: You are part of the Platform & Applications Product Management team of Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics. We are a team of professionals that are passionate about improving people’s lives and have broad responsibility for realizing business strategy, objectives, and operating plan for Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics. The team looks after the Platform, Applications as well as Commercial Propositions including its Go-to-Market and therefore has full E2E business responsibility.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s degree within a Business, Health Science, Clinical, Design, or related field.

  • Master’s degree in Biomedical engineering, Health Science, Business, Clinical, or related field preferred.

  • At least 5 years work experience in the Radiology domain; in-depth understanding of workflow solutions in Radiology is required and ideally another domain

  • At least 5 years work experience in high tech industry – can be across a number of different roles like Product Management, Clinical (Science), Design

  • Overall, at least 8 years of work experience and comfortable interacting with senior customer stakeholders and balancing requirements across various propositions

  • Experience in driving thought leadership and comfortable iterating with a wide range of stakeholders in and outside of Philips

  • Proven track record of driving innovation and influencing skills in a global matrix organization

  • Results oriented, problem solving skills and business acumen, familiar with continuous improvement techniques or processes
