Who You Are

As a Senior Manager, Market Development for Tzield, you are a driven Marketing professional with demonstrated abilities to communicate well with all stakeholders and lead cross functional efforts to achieve our common goals. You have experience in working with agencies, rolling out initiatives in the field, working with key opinion leaders as well as navigating internal ways of working such as Medical/Legal/Regulatory review and cross-functional brand teams.

The Role

This role is in the T1D Market Development team, and you report to the Head of T1D Market Development. You will lead the tactical execution and operations of the Market Development to support best-in-class planning & execution. You will need outstanding communication and collaboration skills in order to work and to ensure projects and activities are executed in order to achieve the goals and KPIs set out in the Launch & Engagement plans.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead Speaker Bureau operations including advertising, and metrics reporting

  • Assist with planning and support the tactical execution of Advisory Boards & RIM

  • Manage budgets and project workflows associated with all assigned projects

  • Other HCP engagements and contracting

  • Understand and work effectively within the established corporate and industry compliance guidelines

  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and messaging in the development of tactical materials

  • Ensure only and all JRC/RC approved materials are available to KAMs and speakers

  • Lead submission and approval of annual ABP

  • Manage agencies and vendors as needed to develop and execute tactical marketing and educational programs.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in Marketing/ Sales and/or other cross-functional leadership roles

  • Demonstrated history of operational excellence and ability to deliver time bound projects within agreed timelines and budget

  • Prior experience with regulatory, the pharmaceutical promotional review/approval process

  • Experience with leading projects, working with insights and analytics to plan pull-through

  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate to audiences of varied sizes and levels, both US and global

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Launch experience in the Specialty / Rare disease space desired
