As a B2B Sales Transformation Senior Manager in our Salesforce Practice, you will help clients reimagine their B2B sales processes, ways of working and supporting capabilities, aligned with Accenture thought leadership and solutions, powered by the Salesforce Platform. You will lead and be accountable for the successful delivery of programs that aim to help clients transform their B2B Sales organizations by delivering exciting and next generation solutions, process and technologies. .
The Work (Role Responsibility)
Lead programs and/or project to deliver sales transformation solutions for B2B clients
Develop integrated program plans with dependencies and key milestones to ensure the successful delivery of client and Accenture outcomes
Oversee various workstreams that will work together to execute activities aligned with the scope of sales transformation projects, including but not limited to, business case development, sales process design, sales solution delivery (Salesforce and other technologies) and sales solution adoption management
Work directly with senior level clients across sales, operations and technical functions to manage client dependencies, while providing thought leadership to guide the defined processes and solutions for future sales transformation
Lead business development activities to drive additional delivery opportunities across the sales transformation space
Lead the development of thought leadership, new assets, and other industry differentiators, on behalf of Accenture
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. Here’s What You Need (Basic Qualifications)
5 years’ functional knowledge of B2B Sales Processes (lead management, account management, opportunity management, sales stages, forecasting and pipeline management, and CPQ) and Go To Market models
5 years of experience in B2B Sales transformation projects, powered by Salesforce
5 years’ Knowledge of Salesforce functionality, specifically with Sales or Revenue Clouds
6 years of experience working with B2B Sales Leaders and sales teams (inside sales, field sales, channel sales)
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years work experience. If you have an Associate’s Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years work experience
Bonus Points If (Preferred Skills)
Experience leading large teams through process and technology projects
Experience delivering technical and functional assessments and delivery projects
Experience leading workstreams for project-based work.
Experience in Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or advising to the industry.
You have experience being responsible for multi-shore projects
Functional knowledge of Sales Metrics and KPI’s
You have a very good work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity).
You have demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams of up to 30 people.
You are customer oriented and great at building client relationships - Director to SVP level.
