Philips Sales Operations Change Management Lead (Hybrid: Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA) in Cambridge, Massachusetts

You are responsible for creating the identified change deliverables such as program adoption measurement, From-Tos, change adoption survey, approach to enable people managers, etc., for specific capabilities/releases – in line with the standard Philips change management methodology. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the program and local teams to develop their competence in managing change & transition.

Your role:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training programs. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders, while working collaboration with the program team, businesses / functions and other key stakeholders to execute the plan. Additionally, you will design, develop, deliver, and manage communication plans and materials, and ensure timely and effective communication of change initiatives across the organization.

  • Carry out the communications plan or work closely with the communications manager to keep the stakeholder heat map up to date and figure out what needs to be done. Create and oversee training programs to help employees learn and become proficient. Provide direct support to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their teams work through transitions. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization to ensure change initiatives are supported. Track and report on issues and feedback to measure change management effectiveness.

  • To measure change management effectiveness, you will collect, track and report on issues, feedback and outcomes as well as identify and manage resistance and develop counterstrategies to mitigate risks. You will team-up with Deployment Managers to work with local teams to agree on deployment plans, while creating the change materials as part of the deployment toolkit to equip markets/business/functions. Additionally, you will develop the change management competencies for the program stakeholders by promoting the use of methodology, tools and providing guidance on best practice.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 6+ years of experience in change mgt, organizational design, transformation programs. Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields.

  • Your skills include experience working on large-scale transformation programs. Additional experience in roles related to business strategy, program/project management, HR or communication related field with strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, paired with the ability to influence others and work with stakeholders at all levels; ability to move toward a common vision or goal.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
