Responsibilities:
Running routine assays as part of in-process and research analytical support.
Analytical support for accelerated degradation and stability studies
Developing and running new analytical assays particularly in the area of separation sciences
Writing method protocols, study reports and SOPs
Will contribute to analytical development activities supporting non-viral delivery method development and testing
Requirements:
BS in Chemical Engineering or related
Experience operating HPLC and UHPLC fairly routinely
Analytical Development experience
Experience with lipid and nucleic acid separation analytics (ideally candidate will have exp. with at least 1 of these)
Familiar with ICH guidelines related to stability and specifications
Experience with LC-MC is a plus
