Vinfen Quality Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts

##Job Description We are seeking a Quality Manager to perform and participate in activities to facilitate continuous quality improvement throughout the organization, primarily the Developmental Services Division (DSD) and Brain Injury Division (BID). This position is responsible to lead and coordinate all aspects of HCSIS tasks, including providing HCSIS training and technical support to the DSD; Complete record reviews and program audits and analyze trends and training needs; Assist the DSD with revision of forms and processes; Participate in creation of training modules and instructional tools for the DSD; Assist with preparation for Survey and Certification; Assist with records storage initiative and process; Provide training for the DSD and other duties as assigned.
