Oracle Product Strategist - Commerce in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

We are looking to hire a Principal Product Manager to join our Industry Product Management Team. In this role you will be expected to define the product strategy, product and solution requirements, architecture, use cases, as well as build / own the “Concept to Market” solutions roadmap for both consumer and enterprise segments with focus on delivering the Enterprise Product Catalog – CX4C Launch Experience solution. You will work closely with multiple product and engineering teams spanning Ordering, Commerce, Orchestration and Billing SaaS Applications.
The candidate should have demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, create technical architecture solutions around customer objectives in complex situations, developing and driving CX industry solutions. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical to the role of a Product Manager.
Prior experience of working in Telecommunications PLM space for BSS/OSS transformational engagements; functional knowledge of the domain and TMF standards like eTOM, SID, TAM, Open API, ODA. Hands on experience on any leading Enterprise Product Catalog COTS package is a plus

Define the next-gen Innovative Enterprise Product Catalog solution for the Communications Industry
Gather customer requirements, create solution level BRDs and PRDs with use cases
Develop and manage the functional solution architecture
Build roadmap by gaining alignment/commitment across all teams
Work with UX team to build world class user experience
Write User Stories with Acceptance criteria
Identifies dependencies and work across peer teams to prioritize the work
Work with the engineering teams to build and manage product releases including PSR, Security guidelines, test plan, localization, Accessibility etc.
Support peer teams in building go to market strategy/plan
Support existing customers by prioritizing/fixing bugs/gaps
This role will require an you to be understand and document communications enterprise catalog design time processes, data mapping and integrations across runtime catalog applications and partner applications
