Oracle Product Marketing Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager you are the internal product champion and external evangelist to create and carry our message to the market. You are the product and buyer expert with related industry and market expertise that works closely with product strategy, sales and corporate marketing.

Drive the global go-to-market plan solution based messaging that strategically differentiates Oracle s products
Deep understanding of buyers and current customers how they buy, their criteria and our competition.
Identify key functional, ecosystem, and operational requirements to better serve the targeted market.
Conduct analysis into the defined product and market areas to support strong positioning and marketing strategies.
Be a strong storyteller and expert positioner, building assets that are clear, concise, salient and consumable; including decks, demos and website content.
Create sales tools that will assist the sales teams in all phases of the sales cycle.
Work closely with corporate marketing on the development of campaigns, event content, offers and in general be an SME actively involved in the delivery of these materials to drive pipeline and awareness.

Required Skills & Experience
5 years experience in a product marketing role for B2B.
Outstanding written communication skills to write various types of collateral; demonstrated ability to write product literature, customer interviews, case studies and white papers.
Ability to influence others and build strong working relationships across departments
Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative solutions and industry-based content with proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and content.
Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment and organizational skills to manage projects with tight deadlines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel when required.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Knowledge of the construction industry, preferred
BA or BS degree in Marketing or Business Development, preferred
