The BAP Global team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Principal Program Manager lead and grow the team responsible for consolidating, streamlining, and conveying strategic trust-related (Security, Privacy, Compliance) program requirements to our product engineering teams to develop and execute on prioritized roadmaps and make long- and short-term tradeoff decisions. We’re a fast-moving org and things change – that means being comfortable with ambiguity, renegotiating priorities, and the ability to rally a team behind a vision, even if it’s not clearly defined.

Responsibilities
Develop talent and maintain a high-performance healthy organization
Coach and manage a very impactful team of technical program managers
Establish a positive, inclusive team culture consistent with Microsoft cultural attributes, values, leadership principles and manager expectations.
You will lead your team to proactively build strategic partnerships with service owners and drive cross-functional alignment to define roadmaps that incorporate prioritized requirements from multiple strategic programs.
You will work with strategic program owners to understand program-specific requirements and dependencies to provide clarity and guidance to your team and stakeholders.
Driving clear accountability, timelines, and scorecards to deliver on program priorities
Managing risks and resolving issues that affect program commitments
Leading program reviews at team and organization levels
Defining and evolving existing frameworks for program planning, execution, and release activities
Building and maintaining program health and status dashboards to surface metrics that can be used across various stakeholder communities along with a cadence of audience appropriate program updates to leadership and stakeholders that highlight actions required, decisions, blockers, and wins.
Working with engineering to prioritize features or experiences in the roadmap that will support achievement of success criteria and Objectives and Key Results [OKRs].
Keeping a growth mindset and openness to feedback, learning from both successes and failures.
Providing technical program leadership with respect, transparency, inclusiveness, and integrity

Required Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager developing and driving complex, cross-group projects plans.
Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally in a technical, matrixed environment to drive large scale engineering efforts
Demonstrated experience building and leading a high functioning technical program management team.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services and B2B products, a strong knowledge of SDLC and the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL).
A Bachelors Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer-focused: you know how to balance a "get it done" attitude with diplomacy to be able to work well across business units and geographies, building relationships to negotiate and deliver joint objectives and key results
Detail oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to operate with a high level of emotional quotient (EQ).
Ability to ramp quickly, think innovatively and strategically, problem solve systematically, negotiate and work through to a solution to ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical skills including performing research to drive data-driven decision making at a team and organizational level.
Influencing without authority; get the right outcomes through healthy relationship building.
Ability to manage multiple constituencies, workstreams and objectives at once.
PMP, PMI, CSM, CSPO certification an advantage
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
