Meet Our Team:

As a key contributor to the PegaDigital IT UX Design Team, you will work on improving the design and usability of the Pega Community and Pega Academy. You will research requirements via users and stakeholders, build designs, wireframes, and prototypes, assist throughout the process of development, organize and run usability testing where needed, work collaboratively with the design team and project managers.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Gather usability and business requirements for site features

  • Identify design defects in the site, competitive gaps, and suggest alternative methods

  • Build both lo-fi and hi-fi designs

  • Create prototypes

  • Validate designs via usability testing

  • Attend development team planning sessions; learn SCRUM methodology

  • Problem-solve design issues throughout the development

Who You Are:

We are seeking an intelligent, motivated, and accomplished student pursuing a Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Human Factors Engineering degree. This person has a passion for designing experiences that support, delight, and engage users. They maintain a strong sense of pride and ownership over the quality of their work.

  • Focus on software design and usability

  • Familiarity with UI and UX prototyping tools like Sketch, Invision, Illustrator, etc.

  • General proficiency in HTML & CSS

  • Understands and applies procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise

  • Understands design system fundamentals and core concepts

  • Drive for continuous learning and development

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
