We're seeking an outstanding Marketing Content Operations Specialist - Remote to orchestrate our pivotal initiatives. Location: Remote - USA - Pittsburgh, PA

Hours: Standard Day Shift

A Day in the Life:

Lead digital content development and authoring for customers and internal colleagues.

Develop marketing communications and training to drive the adoption of new Marketing Content capabilities across the global marketing organization.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing integrated marketing programs across various channels, including Digital Content Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Generative AI.

Build captivating content for multiple audiences and channels for the web, internal communications, presentations, webinars, videos, and case studies.

Support the development, testing, and execution of enterprise initiatives with emerging digital technologies like Generative AI, Chat GPT, and Immersive.

Collaborate seamlessly with internal partners, encouraging harmony across cross-functional teams.

Analyze strategic efficiency through A/B testing, metrics, and adjusting plans for maximum success.

Keys to Success:

Strong understanding of all digital channels, standard processes and ability to implement those.

Project coordination for multi-channel initiatives to support enterprise programs.

Teamwork skills with teams, including Sales, Product, Global Marketing, Training, and Operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Outstanding interpersonal skills (presentation, email, conference calls, etc.).

Familiarity with digital analytics tools like PowerBI and Adobe Analytics.

With an appetite for innovation in digital, present and sell-in ideas, and support execution and broader adoption.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related degree is required.

3-5 years of multifaceted digital marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Consistent track record supporting marketing initiatives.

Deep understanding of the digital world, trends, and challenges.

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, like the Adobe tech stack (DAM, Target, AI Imagery), WordPress, SharePoint, and Chat GPT.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Business-savvy with a curiosity about strategizing end-to-end marketing projects.

Customer-centric approach, crafting effective multi-channel solutions.

Phenomenal teammate adept at cross-functional collaboration.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships.

Proficiency in business software applications and virtual communication tools.

Coachable with a strive to learn and succeed.

PPI and agile-oriented.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $68,200.00–$102,250.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
