Oracle Integration Solution Sales Manager - Eastern, US in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.
Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.

Oracle is seeking anexperienced Sales Manager to that help us continue our hyper-growth of our bestin class Integration products. The Manager of our Integration Sales Teamis critical to driving deeper Integration focus in alignment with our FieldSales Organization with a goal, to build a community of Integration customerspowering their business with Oracle. Responsibilities will include building andleading a sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and marketpenetration in a large territory across multiple time zones
What you will do:
As a Sales Manager atOracle you will be responsible for managing a sales team, in a specific region,driving sales and a deeper integration focus in alignment with our Field Sales Organization,third party alliances, as well as driving customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement acomprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle s opportunities across allproducts and product lines. The team youwill recruit, hire, manage and develop, is a team of talented salesrepresentatives that you will train on the Oracle Sales process. You will sell and promote the sales of Oracleproducts to customers including, negotiating price, other concessions, termsand conditions of the sale. You will participate in strategic and tacticalplanning for the division, building working relationships with license,consulting and education field managers, in your territory to develop jointaccount plans. You will develop andexecute a territory goals to maximize revenue along with generating and achievingmonthly territory forecasts and revenue predictions. You will conduct weekly progress meetingswith your sales team. .
You will have experiencewith Integration activities such as data replication and movement, application modernization,application development, digital transformation and helping customers develop along-term IT strategy. You have a sales background with a strong track recordof performance, with engagements at the CxO level. You have managed a regional sales pipeline,and lead sales efforts. You have engaged with internal sales, solutionsarchitects, partners and professional services organizations to drive large andhighly complex opportunities to closure. You have demonstrated the ability to thinkstrategically and analytically about business, product, and technicalchallenges with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositionswhile working cross-organizationally to build consensus.
5 years management experience in Pre-Sales/Sales Consulting/Technical Sales Overlay
Experience selling Integration infrastructure or strongly related services at companies such as Informatica, Mulesoft, Apigee, CA, or IBM
5 years enterprise direct sales experience with large quotas and proven success
BS from a major university engineering or computer science preferred
Strong public speaking ability with desire to train others
5 years experience navigating long sales cycles in a matrix environment with demonstrated experience in complex commercial structures
Practical understanding of topics surrounding Regulatory Compliance, Security, and Data Governance
Demonstrated ability to influence different buying personas (IT, Operations, Development, etc.) within the Fortune 1000 enterprise
Practical understanding of the concepts surrounding Migration to the Cloud/SaaS, Disaster Recover/High Availability, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Micro Services and their impact to organizational change
