As a global GTM leader on the corporate team for Microsoft's consulting business, you’ll be a critical and visible leader internally and externally and will have the opportunity to influence and work with many of senior leaders in the business.

We’re looking for an exceptional leader and cross-team collaborator to partner with stakeholders across Microsoft organizations (Product Groups, Marketing and Operations, Enterprise Operating Units) to translate the porduct, services and industry solutions strategy into a robust Go-To-Market execution plan to equip the global sales field with high value sales enablement content to drive new demand and accelerate existing opportunities to customers.

Your background in one or more of these areas - enterprise cloud services sales, enterprise marketing, sales planning, pipeline analysis, field readiness and execution will be highly valuable. Specifically for this role experience in customer solutions based on Business Application or Azure, or competing technologies will be desirable. Depth in understanding use cases in one or more key industries will be a plus.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with WW Domain Solution Strategy Team, Service Line team and Worldwide Solution Sales Team to align the Domain strategy with WW GTM execution plan

  • Design and land WW GTM execution plan to drive business growth and accelerate Consumption in strategic accounts

  • Shape a narrative, value prop and messaging for the GTM initiatives and supporting key solutions

  • Land and activate the field on the GTM initiatives, in partnership with regional teams, ensuring client teams are ready to execute

  • Nurture customer stories and best practices, and connect those who know to those who need to know

  • Monitor execution, share learnings and insights on performance for Monthly and Quarterly business reviews

  • Monitor pipeline health across A14 with a focus on Q+2/+3, identify pipeline gap and actions to address it.

  • Orchestrate WW MCS GTM annual planning process in alignment with Product Group priorities and Specialist and Technical Sales Team (STU) sales plays.

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the development and implementation of GTM plans, account-based marketing or enterprise B2B sales programs and motions on different levels (local / multi-area, regional, corporate)

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the Business Application or Azure Solutions

  • A strong muscle in creating messaging and value prop

  • Experience in or understanding of professional services business focused on digital transformation

  • An effective team player, who can collaborate across time-zones, working styles and communication preferences

  • Highly programmatic, with a proven success to manage cross team initiatives and programs

  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in an ambiguous and changing environment

  • Strong collaborator; influence and negotiation across multiple cross-org stakeholders.

  • Embracive of Diversity, willingness to include others and both in learning and sharing ideas to achieve even better outcomes for the business

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $125,000 – $187,700 USD

At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
