What you’ll do!
Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive regional marketing plan integrating regional requirements with global marketing imperatives; owning Marketing contribution to commercial growth for the Research Life Science Business
Generate funnel addition and acceleration tactics including seminars, webinars, digital, and local trade shows aligned with Global Plan
Support commercial launch plans, priority account marketing strategies, and installed base marketing initiatives
Develop thought leadership and external KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and internal subject matter (SME) networks
Facilitate two-way communication between Regional Commercial and Global Marketing teams; regional market intelligence to inform broader OpCo and Global Marketing Strategy; Global Marketing Strategy insights and content as appropriate shared in region
Focus on customer applications and customer segments related to Research Life Sciences in the United States and Canada. Examples of application areas are chromatography, surface plasmon resonance, gel/blot imaging and related consumables
Who you are!
Knowledge of the research life sciences field, industry dynamics, developments and technology applications.
A highly organized, excellent communicator who has demonstrated 3+ years’ experience in a commercial role including territory management ex. Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Account Management and/or Sales in Biopharma.
Earned a Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree a plus
Willingness and ability for overnight travel within the US.
Demonstrated experience in Account based marketing, lead development, demand generation, SalesForceDotCom, digital marketing and utilization of social media in a business context. Experience working in a matrix environment with varied workflow product and service solutions is considered a plus
Experience in the areas of chromatography, molecular biology, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and related technologies is desirable but not required.
3+ years commercial marketing experience with demonstrated application of customer segmentation, digital marketing, marketing data analysis - SalesForceDotCom CRM, content marketing and utilization of social media in a business context.
Experience in a commercial environment. For example, sales, key account management, sales management, marketing, scientific support.
Willingness and ability to travel within US and Canada.
