Director, Market Development Atopic Dermatitis (AD)
Director Market Development dupilumab U.S. – Atopic Dermatitis
Reports to the senior director market development dupilumab dermatology. The Director of AD Market Development will lead specific strategic & tactical marketing development initiatives and operations to support best-in-class execution of DUPIXENT for atopic dermatitis
Key responsibilities, competencies and expectations of this role include but are not limited to:
Evaluation and execution of market development opportunities with select medical congresses
Lead digital peer to peer education
Support of market development objectives for specialists within allergy
Lead peer to peer education execution for primary care audience
Lead on developing and maintaining peer to peer execution analytics
Lead on market development activities for new infant indication launch
Support market development initiatives for bi-annual POA
Management of the Dupixent AD field support marketing budget.
Effectively execute strategies and tactics within the established corporate and industry compliance guidelines.
Alliance management skills
Experience in pharmaceutical brand/product communications
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Strong business and science background and high level of Interpersonal/communication skills
Ability to influence, mobilize and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders
Team orientation and willingness to go the “extra mile”
Willingness to travel (up to 30% of time)
Minimum requirements: BA or BSc
Minimum 7-10 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Demonstrated history of operational excellence and ability to deliver time bound projects within agreed timelines
Prior experience managing multiple projects and related budgets
Experience with regulatory the pharmaceutical promotional review/approval process
MBA or MSc or other advanced degree preferred
Strong understanding of dermatology area and market dynamics preferred
Previous biologics marketing experience in North America preferred
Alliance / joint venture management skills- working in an alliance / joint venture structure
