East Cambridge Savings Bank Customer service/Sales rep in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Applicants will be considered for Customer Service Associates, Customer Sales & Service Rep I, or Customer Sales & Service Rep. II based on experience. We are looking for candidates with: Cash handling experience. Teller experience or Retail Banking preferred. Understanding of Bank?s products and services, including digital banking products Demonstrated sales skills and customer service experience in retail environment, with the ability to meet individual sales goals on a Monthly/Annual basis. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently Ability to take initiative, and perform a variety of task simultaneously and prioritize activities as required. Must be available to work until closing and Saturdays If applicable, able to register as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator as required under the S.A.F.E. Act. Spanish speaking preferred
