US Services is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to provide last mile execution in landing key sales programs, offerings and tools. We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical individual to support Organizational Unit (OU) leaders, sales management and field sellers against key sales enablement objectives. This individual will be an influencer to grow sales field muscle (knowledge and confidence) in driving readiness and insights around sales best practices, programs, offerings and tools to drive pipeline. This individual will also be responsible for sharing bi-directional feedback with WW to influence future strategy/execution of Services sales programs, motions and tools.

-We are seeking someone with 10+ years of sales and/or program management experience, who enjoys simplifying complex topics and enabling others.

-This role will support OU’s across US time zones and is a non-location specific role within the United States.

  • We are seeking someone with knowledge of how Services can effectively “sell with” partners.

Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Lead will enable Services OUs through six key pillars:

EOU strategy (success metrics: Support OU planning and account planning; on point to ensure ECG are trained on our value proposition and understand our key plays; guide attach/partnership strategy.)

Partner strategy (success metrics: Partner with our WW Services Partner team to develop Services “sell with” partner” value prop and strategy; partner and land with OCP; drive OU motions to support.)

Seller onboarding and readiness (success metrics: Support US Services on boarding training to all new sales ICs and managers within first 30 days; own landing of WW readiness initiatives (e.g. Challenger.)

MSX Insights Seller-Manager view (success metrics: 100% adoption of MSX Insights for seller coaching, sales manager running business; integrate/prioritize ESBI and other field reporting business needs with WW; Ensure MSXI reporting accurately captures data from CRM for Project Revelation.)

Customer Success stories (success metrics: Partner with our USES Communications team and WW Customer Advocacy team to support USES process to collect, consume and evangelize win/loss Insights to propel future pipeline.)

On Strategy Selling (success metrics: Drive OU accountability to achieving business plan offering targets/NWS budget through sales strategy levers and Project Revelation insights. Share Solution Area plays for next step offerings with designated account teams to drive customer progression on their cloud journey and impact revenue and scorecard results.)

The role will be seen by others to be able to:

• Identify root causes of problems with sales revenue, processes and tools

• Formulate a strategy to address root causes of problems or seize new opportunities

• Create and execute a program to pilot, revise and implement the strategy

• Engage with sales leads, partners and customers in a consultative manner

• Frame analyses to support a strategic supposition that a Sales Enablement Lead can execute on

• Cross-group collaborate with other Segments, executive leads, and their representatives

• Manage competing views and resolve into an agreed strategy
