Global Partner Solutions (GPS) is a newly formed organization with a mission to build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more. And within GPS, the Business Operations Team drives fiscal year business planning and management, org design/blueprinting, role excellence, incentive compensation, employee learning, development & readiness, as well as strategic program and project execution.

The GPS Business Manager will play a critical role within the Business Operations Team. Reporting directly to the GPS Chief-of-Staff, you will frequently collaborate with key stakeholders to design, implement and manage organizational business rhythms that will deliver clarity, scale and impact across the GPS organization. Your scope will also cover a broad range of areas, including GPS Community development, GPS Awards, and digital asset management. Additionally, you will have key program and project execution accountabilities spanning various initiatives as prioritized. You must excel at project management and thrive at juggling multiple, highly complex workstreams to deliver exceptional results.


  • Execute GPS strategic business rhythms: support/lead internal and external rhythms, in coordination with key business partners and One Commercial planning.

  • Lead GPS Rhythm of Business, planning, design and management: work with cross-org stakeholders to design top-level GPS and cross-organizational rhythms of business (RoB) and ensure effective delivery/landing of all key changes.

  • Maintain master calendar for all meeting dates, deliverables due dates, and workbacks.

  • Programs manage GPS awards cycles: execute comprehensive program management of GPS award cycles in partnership with corporate awards program owners.

  • Support GPS communities: lead/support execution of GPS morale events, GPS Business Management connections, Giving Campaign, etc.

  • Manage GPS content and key resources: work with internal teams to ensure GPS core team sites/assets are kept current across priority content areas, digital assets.

  • Support fiscal year budget planning: assist Chief-of-Staff with core fiscal year planning processes/requirements.

  • Lead business/operational process design and execution.

  • Develop Executive presentations.


  • 7+ years of experience in a business management and/or program management role working across global stakeholders, multiple functions, and complex interdependencies.

  • Proven ability to multi-task across multiple, concurrent workstreams and responsibilities with a high attention to detail

  • Proven ability to assess and define project/program needs and requirements; design and develop appropriate plans for execution and ensure effective delivery/landing of key changes.

  • Exceptional communication skills including interpersonal skills, verbal/written/presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven success in collaborating with diverse teams/stakeholder groups.

  • Exceptional decision-making, conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Location and Travel: The required location for this position will be in Puget Sound, WA and may require minimal travel.
