What You'll Do at Pega:
Learn the ins-and-outs of Enterprise level selling to better prepare yourself for a future in sales
Strategically prospect into key accounts to support our field sales team
Partner directly with Account Executives to drive account engagement and pipeline development
Collaborate with colleagues on the Associate Sales Executvie and Sales Development Team to improve prospecting effectiveness
Speak directly with prospects showcasing the value of various Pega solutions
Hit weekly and monthly activity metrics inclusive of meetings and sales pipeline

Impeccable organizational, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have a confident, eager and positive attitude in a fast-moving
Bachelor's Degree (or related experience)
What You've Accomplished:
1-3 years of experience in an inside B2B sales role, preferably for a technology company
Experience in a high-volume, outbound calling environment making 75-100 dials / day
Proven ability to reach decision makers and quickly qualifying a sales opportunity
Proven success carrying and meeting a sales or business development quota
