What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Learn the ins-and-outs of Enterprise level selling to better prepare yourself for a future in sales

  • Strategically prospect into key accounts to support our field sales team

  • Partner directly with Account Executives to drive account engagement and pipeline development

  • Collaborate with colleagues on the Associate Sales Executvie and Sales Development Team to improve prospecting effectiveness

  • Speak directly with prospects showcasing the value of various Pega solutions

  • Hit weekly and monthly activity metrics inclusive of meetings and sales pipeline

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal guidance

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient presentation skills

  • Impeccable organizational, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Must have a confident, eager and positive attitude in a fast-moving

  • Bachelor's Degree (or related experience)

What You've Accomplished:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an inside B2B sales role, preferably for a technology company

  • Experience in a high-volume, outbound calling environment making 75-100 dials / day

  • Proven ability to reach decision makers and quickly qualifying a sales opportunity

  • Proven success carrying and meeting a sales or business development quota
