Regional Marketing Leader, Enterprise Informatics for the United States & Canada (Cambridge, MA)
This leadership role sits within the enterprise informatics organization as the marketing executive responsible for partnering with and supporting the commercial team for The Americas including United States and Canada.
Your role:
Responsible for core portfolio positioning by business and market segments.
Drives target segment and portfolio by sales plan goals.
Leads competitive positioning for portfolios within the region.
Lead engagement planning for offer combinations and opportunity mixes in the region.
Identification of engagement strategies and tactics for specific roles and channels.
Deliver the claims (together with the product leaders), customer value statements and reference promotions that complement the offers.
Responsible for briefs and ultimate content approval for marketing communications, campaigns, and content (including industry and thought leadership, reputation, demand generation and lifecycle).
Execute digital customer journey, content, and eCommerce enablement (if applicable).
You're the right fit if:
University degree and 15+ years of industry experience.
Experience with leading a cross functional team.
Experience to work in a business with complex market/channel structures.
Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas.
Requires in depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company’s goals.
Experience as an integrator in a highly dynamic market and /or matrix organization
Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions
Experience with Informatics i.e. Cloud, SaaS, EMR, etc.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $175,000 to $260,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
