Keurig Dr Pepper Workforce Analyst in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Overview

The Workforce Analyst as part of the Workforce Planning and Analytics Team will advance and refine HR’s reporting and analytic capabilities through developing and managing an approach which aligns insights from external and internal analytics, human capital best practices, and business strategy/objectives to provide HR and business leaders with actionable, data driven insights conveyed in dashboards and reports.

As the Workforce Analyst, you will partner closely with HR, business, and Finance leaders and willdevelop reports and forecasts on an ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual basis that will be used to inform workforce decisions and to provide comparative data on results vs. forecasts. You will also use predictive modeling techniques to anticipate turnover, impact of program changes, and other factors that will be used to build talent and hiring plans. You will partner with talent management to forecast the number of vacancies that can be filled with internal talent vs. external hires and identify functional areas of scarcity for specific pipeline development. You will be responsible for ensuring impeccable quality and reliability of data and able to clearly translate complex findings into recommendations for the business. You will also identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions based on data.

Please note, this job can be based in either Plano, TX or Burlington, MA.

What you will do:

  • Deliver ongoing information, assessment and interpretation of Keurig Dr Pepper workforce – analyze trends and forecasts; monitor results of headcount growth in terms of cost, operational volume and efficiency.

  • Perform analysis of relevant HR metrics and uncover and articulate trends in the data; forecast and quantify the workforce gaps, risks, and opportunities in order to support each functional unit’s strategy

  • Develop scorecards of meaningful people metrics to support decision making; create ad hoc reports based on selected HR metrics, design reports to key stakeholders summarizing the data and key trends.

  • Analyze employee data and key labor trends to provide insight into the workforce needed in the future. This includes forecasting and scenario planning – quantifying the people impact and needs to inform strategic decisions.

  • Integrate data from multiple sources into timely, accessible, and relevant reports that meet the needs of executive and HR leadership.

  • Act as an internal consultant to HR leadership, business unit heads, FP&A, and key organization stakeholders

  • Build strong internal customer relationships with key HR and business leaders to define and understand strategic objectives

  • Implement and improve technology platforms for performing workforce analytics; partner with HRIS team on what technology and processes will increase overall efficiency, accuracy, and data governance

  • Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports, dashboards and analyses to help disseminate data and insights to key leaders and other stakeholders

  • Assess internal and external data (e.g. best practices and benchmarks) to improve HR data and analytics strategy

  • Become an expert for HR reporting and analytics and provide guidance to all HR colleagues around their use of data and analytics, define the best approach to meet their needs and implement solutions, building analytical capability within the team if necessary

  • Collaborate on data extraction, validation, integration, and analysis requirements alongside team members

  • Actively support broader Human Resources initiatives

  • Model the Keurig Dr Pepper values, and follows all policies and procedures

  • Performs other job related duties as requested by management

  • Maintain strict confidentiality with employee data


What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Industrial Engineering

  • Proven track record of academic excellence, interpersonal effectiveness and leadership

  • Experience building and maintaining complex forecasting models

  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to develop relationships with internal customers

  • Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal expertise

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficient with other Microsoft Office programs

  • Some programming experience a plus – especially VBA, SQL, or R
