Summary:

The Sr. QA Engineer is focused on testing mobile applications, desktop applications and SDKs in the Healthcare industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for documenting, developing and executing test cases for Healthcare Mobile products. Additionally, the candidate will be required to work with other members of the development and QA teams using the Agile software development process. The candidate should have strong testing and troubleshooting skills, be a quick learner and willing to take on new challenges. The candidate should also have experience running automated tests and migrating manual test cases to an automation framework.

Core requirement:

**Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Secret Clearance / possess an active Public Trust II or higher security clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and review requirement documents for test plan development

• Create/Update and execute test cases that provide full coverage on new and changed functionality

• Ability to set up testing environments using various tools

• Participate in defect triage meetings with development

Qualifications:

Number of Years of Work Experience: 5

Required Skills:

  • Agile methodology within a geographically distributed team

  • Use of defect tracking/test case management tools (Atlassian toolset a plus)

  • QA methodologies (TDD, BDD unit tests), process, and improvement implementation

  • Test case management tools (qTest, SilkCentral)

  • Automation runners (NUnit, Selenium)

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government security clearance / possess an active Public Trust II or higher security clearance.

  • Healthcare Industry, Mobile Automation Test, Speech Recognition, Nuance Products, Azure, Perl, Python, JavaScript

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
