Keurig Dr Pepper Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Overview

The Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) will report to the Senior Director of Corporate FP&A and will provide in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations to company leadership across a number of key areas and major projects within the KDP enterprise. Through robust modeling and analysis, this position will create, track, forecast and analyze financial information to aid the business in making critical, time-sensitive decisions. The successful candidate will bring a deep combination of analytical ability and critical thought in a number of financial areas, driving business objectives and maintaining a thorough and rigorous system of analysis throughout.

While this position is currently being performed remotely, this role will be required to sit at our headquarters office in Burlington MA. Compensation is flexible and determined based on the candidate's level of experience. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, etc.) is available immediately.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for leading enterprise-wide planning processes including annual operating plan, monthly forecast cycle and actuals report outs to senior management

  • Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with financial modeling and provide recommendations to management for delivering long and short-term business objectives

  • Support quarterly earnings release process including assembly of fact book on critical performance metrics and supplementary ad-hoc analysis

  • Develop presentation materials and analysis for ELT, BOD and key investors including JAB

  • Manage CAPEX reporting and assist with modeling of economic justifications

  • Develop cash flow and legal entity forecasts including tracking of intercompany activity and addback items

  • Produce accurate and timely financial information and analysis

  • Promote an environment of strong internal controls and efficiencies

  • Provide value-added analytics to improve enterprise financial performance

  • Benchmark against industry peers and provide insights for improvement opportunities

  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's principles, policies and applicable law

Requirements

What you must have:

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field is required

  • MBA a plus

  • 5-7+ years of related experience

    Technical Skills

  • Advanced ability to build detailed financial models in Excel

  • Experience with TM1 and SAP a plus
