Job Description:

• Support manufacturing processes for medical implant and medical external cable assemblies, with a primary focus on injection molding and soldering of cables to connectors.

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality.

• Provide technical support for Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) and thermoplastic injection molding processes, including operation and maintenance of injection molding machines.

• Assist in soldering processes of cables to connectors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.

• Evaluate production equipment and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment as needed.

• Utilize tools such as Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, and SPC to improve processes and ensure product quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Risk Management, and R&D to address customer complaints and implement process improvements.

• Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation, including protocol and report writing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, BioMedical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in electronic components or medical device manufacturing preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to write reports and conduct investigations.

• Ability to manage files, prioritize tasks, and handle the complaint process from beginning to end.

• Knowledge of manufacturing concepts such as Value Stream mapping, 5S, and Visual Workplace.

• Flexibility to work in various environments including office, lab, and manufacturing floor.

M-F : 8:00- 5:00
