In this role, the Product Surveillance File Manager will play a pivotal part in ensuring the integrity and compliance of medical devices by meticulously managing and analyzing crucial data. Reporting directly to the Hiring Manager, the Product Surveillance File Manager will be responsible for reviewing complaints, analyzing qualitative and patient data, and making recommendations in alignment with FDA and international standards. Requirements

Requirements and Skill Set:

• Possess a 4-year degree in biomedical or other STEM fields

• 100% onsite role with no option for remote work.

• Data management position; no direct handling of products or research involved.

• Entry-level role focused on file management, complaint review, and analysis of qualitative and patient data.

• Making recommendations based on FDA and international standards.

• Information primarily sourced from hospitals.

Additional Notes:

• Strong time management and organizational skills required.

• Proficiency in Excel at a basic level; no other software knowledge needed.

• Ability to prioritize tasks in the face of conflicting priorities.
