Location: North Billerica, MA

2nd Shift available:

Non Production weeks: MO - THU, 2nd shift 4pm – 2:30am

Production weeks: 6pm - 6am (MO - WED), 4pm - 8pm (THU) w/flexibility

Pay Rate: $90K - $110K based on experience and qualifications

• Benefits (3 weeks of vacation, Medical/Dental, 401k, 9 holidays, 4 floating holidays

What you will be doing:

• Providing supervision of operations associated with pharmaceutical product while ensuring that all operations comply with all GMP, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

• Acting as the technical expert of his/her team, with knowledge required to maintain a high level of operational efficiency, lead troubleshooting activities, lead investigations, analyze process/equipment data, identify and implement process improvements.

• Coordinating materials, equipment, personnel, utilities and activities within his/her team, the first shift Supervisor and with partner organizations, in order to achieve production schedule.

• Ensuring goals and metrics, identifying deficiencies; creating and executing action plans to mitigate issues.

The right candidate will have:

• B.S. in science, engineering, biochemistry or related discipline + 2 years of experience leading operational personnel in routine or project settings (5 years without Bachelor's degree).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.

• Aptitude for engineering principles and manufacturing automation systems
