The BDR Organization is a competitive, team-orientated environment centered around lead generation and readying our BDRs for closing sales roles at NetSuite. We’ll provide the tools for you to develop business acumen and your individual sales style through personalized one-on-one coaching from your manager, weekly curriculum delivered by our enablement team, & close partnerships and mentorship with our sales teams (including successful BDR Alumni).

There are several leadership opportunities available for BDRs to pursue during their BDR tenure. Opportunities for career growth occur after 18 months, provided promotion eligibility criteria are met. Promotion opportunities are competitive & results driven. Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prospect marketing leads, self-source companies & support target sales accounts to uncover sales opportunities

  • Maintain high levels of prospecting activity (including a minimum of 50 calls and 40 emails daily), targeting decision-makers, up to and including C-Suite Executives

  • Build a good foundation of industry competence & create a sales style that will provide credibility when interacting with decision-makers

  • Qualify & promote leads to sales with defined next steps – this is a quota-bearing role that is measured on Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)

  • Complete all training, results, & shadowing intended to ensure a BDR’s sales readiness

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $18.41 to $28.80 per hour; from $38,300 to $59,900 per annum. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 90/10.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  9. 11 paid holidays

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
