LeMaitre Vascular Manufacturing Assistant- Omniflow 2nd shift in Burlington, Massachusetts

This is an exciting opportunity to join LeMaitre Vacular's Manufacturing team. This team is responsible for producing unique and vital products used by vascular surgeons and interventionalists around the world. We are seeking someone who is a team player, reliable, detailed, and understands how important the work we do every day is. The core responsibilities for this positions are medical device assembly and packaging of LeMaitre's Omniflow II device, which is one of LeMaitre's biologically derived product lines.


  • Closely follow written specifications and manufacturing instructions to assemble a variety of medical devices, specifically biologics

  • Work in a cleanroom environment wearing smocks, gloves, hair nets, and shoe covers while carefully following all quality protocols

  • Evaluate product assembly to ensure the product meets company requirements

  • Ensure production goals are met while following all prescribed processes

  • Work closely with other employees to accomplish goals working together as a team

  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols

  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must have good hand coordination and be willing to work with chemicals

  • Able to read and interpret standard operating procedures and manufacturing instructions written in English

  • Medical device experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate

  • Must be able to lift at least 20lbs

  • Must be able to work standing up for at least two hours at a time
