Keurig Dr Pepper Manager, Rapid Continuous Improvement in Burlington, Massachusetts
Job Overview
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager will lead the CI Training program within Supply Chain, coaching and training Yellow Belts and Green Belts on the tools and applications of Lean and Six Sigma using the A3, Kaizen and DMAIC methodologies. The position may also be responsible for helping to facilitate workshops that drive end to end process transformation and execution of business strategy to deliver significant value to the Keurig Dr Pepper business.
This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership on a regular basis and requires an ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. The manager will need to demonstrate leadership skills and passion around continuous improvement, as well as strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and project management capabilities.

Position Responsibilities
Delivers hands-on, interactive training in Lean and Six Sigma concepts focusing on problem solving, Kaizen facilitation, project management, and statistical tools and concepts
Coaches and develops Yellow Belts and Green Belts to successfully execute projects
Supports the development of a project pipeline by working with senior leaders across the organization to identify, prioritize and scope potential projects
Manages the execution of project portfolios, including control metric tracking and financial reporting up to senior leadership
Evaluates gaps in the training program to improve program effectiveness
Works with training locations to coordinate schedules and logistics
Supports other Kaizen and project activities as necessary
Will travel within North America (approximately 50% travel)

Salary Range: $91,300-$167,790
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred
Black Belt Certification required
3+ years of work experience in a Continuous Improvement function (Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Total Productive Maintenance)
2+ year of experience in facilitating and leading improvement events
