Keurig Dr Pepper Manager of Sales Planning in Burlington, Massachusetts
As the Manager of Sales Planning you will be a key resource for the Warehouse Direct business, with a focus on driving the National Retail Sales team’s business management cadence within the WD Revenue Growth Management (RGM) organization. You will develop and apply a deep understanding of commercial objectives and key drivers of the business while managing and improving the processes that connect our headquarter teams with our salesforce and drive effective decision-making. This will require both exceptional analytical skills, strong organizational skills, and close collaboration with other functions including Sales and Finance.
What you will do:
Manage our monthly, quarterly, and annual sales team business management cadence to ensure efficient and successful planning meetings between sales and RGM/Commercial leadership, including:
Developing and communicating the agendas, timelines, and presentation templates
Building Excel tools/reports to drive consistency in reviewing our sales/financials across our sales teams
Consolidating/summarizing and communicating key actions and topline plan updates
Own and maintain the sales team shipment forecasting process, providing training and support to the Sales and RGM teams, building out/adjusting forecasting tools, liaising with IT to ensure data/process accuracy, analyzing the results of monthly forecast changes, and monitoring attainment against these forecasts
Liaise with select data vendors to ensure timely/accurate data delivery for RGM, Sales, Brand and other internal HQ stakeholders
Provide ad-hoc business modeling for long-term strategic planning, short-term high-level targets and other business activities
Maintain relationships with stakeholders in all departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Research & Development, Supply Chain, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
6+ years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing or related field; Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
High level of proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and drive for continuous improvement a must
Excellent organizational and time management skills, project management experience a plus
Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as required
