Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.

As the Global Communications Manager,you ll be responsible for designing, creating, and implementing all aspects of Oracle University s global communications strategy. In this role, your primary objective will be to raise brand awareness and affinity with our various audiences. You will also be responsible for creating and owning an ongoing advocacy program to garner third-party validation for our brand. This position is an integral part of the Global Marketing team and will require on-going collaboration with various teams across Oracle University and Oracle at large.
Develop an end-to-end communications strategy and plan
Create key messages and an overarching company narrative that can be used to drive consistency and clarity throughout our organization and beyond
Create, develop, launch, and maintain an influencer program with relevant social influencers, bloggers, etc.
Keep a pulse on the industry landscape; stay abreast of competitive motions
Create, develop, launch, and maintain an advocacy program with our customers
Partner with the corporate Public Relations and Analyst Relations teams to drive programs that will help us meet our awareness goals
Edit, write and maintain evergreen messaging and FAQs
Assist in developing and executing on an ongoing thought leadership program
Drive and make recommendations regarding changes to how we engage, position, and speak to Oracle University audiences
Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to drive successful brand awareness campaigns
Leverage data and testing to optimize and maximize all communications where possible
Stay up to date with the latest communications best practices, technologies, and trends
