Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

The Oracle Employer Branding team is currently looking for an Internal Communications specialist for the Oracle Talent Acquisition organization.
The Oracle Talent Acquisition (OTA) organization is made up of over 500 HR professionals spread across the globe that specialize in recruiting, sourcing, talent scouting, research, operations, technology and communications. This is an industry leading team that leverages all the innovations you would expect from a technology leader like Oracle. We are currently looking for someone to lead our teams Internal Communications. This role is really about ensuring this group stays informed, engaged and educated about all that is going on within OTA and Oracle as a whole. This is a chance to really think out-side-the-box on how to engage with a large global team in new and different ways to help keep them as productive as possible.
Strategize, plan and execute a yearly comprehensive internal communication strategy for the Oracle Talent Acquisition (OTA) organization.
Work with OTA leadership team on all organization wide communications.
Manage team newsletters, portals, town hall meetings, leadership communications and Slack channels
Work with members of the Employer Branding team to communicate programs internally
Work with Employer Branding creative team to develop high quality and enticing team communications leveraging things like video, newsletters, postcards, Slack, email and any other innovative medium you can come up with.
Leverage internal metrics tools to measure the effectiveness of all communications and plan optimization solutions based on results.
4 -6 years experience and expertise in internal communications, marketing & communications, digital marketing and/or public relations
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fields
A born storyteller superior writing, and communication skills
Ability to create, innovate, consult, market, and sell strategic communication plans
Understanding of how to work with, manage, and develop content for geographically dispersed teams
Energetic, forward-thinking, creative, and able to challenge assumptions while providing a high quality work product
Experience developing creative content in multiple formats
Solid project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight timelines
