What you will do:
Lead a project to chalk out customer winback strategies for the Keurig.com subscription program.
Develop a strategy to reduce customer cancelations
Develop a strong communication plan for at-risk of cancelations customers
Work closely with the data analytics team to get insights into customer behavior to create winback and cancelation reduction strategies.
Work with customer insights to get qualitative analysis of at-risk customers and how to mitigate them canceling their auto delivery accounts.
Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures
What you must have:
Must be an undergraduate junior or senior currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related major
Product strategy creation experience and ability to make data-driven business decisions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written and verbal abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally, is independently driven and a self-starter
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
