Keurig Dr Pepper Digital Content and Marketing Specialist III in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Overview

The Digital Content & Marketing Specialist III will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Direct to Business website, Commercial.Keurig.com, by expanding our reach through digital marketing efforts and increasing on site adoption through improvement of the online user experience. This position will be based at the Keurig Dr Pepper Burlington, MA headquarters.

In this role, you will join the Away From Home (AFH) eCommerce team, directly contributing to the rapid growth of our direct to business eCommerce channel. You will play a key role by building marketing capabilities and managing marketing projects to drive brand awareness, lead generation and brewer system penetration. You will also play an integral role as you a create compelling and intuitive online experiences through a seamless shopping experience, engaging site content and best in class user experience

What you will do:

  • Support key digital marketing initiatives to increase traffic & transactions, including paid search, organic search, email marketing, social media & other marketing initiatives

  • Ensure seamless execution of on-site merchandising efforts, including reviewing & launching creative assets and testing the site user experience for new promotions & products

  • Support sector growth initiatives through customer segmentation, targeted marketing, list building and database management

  • Perform regular site audits to identify & fix issues with site search, product content, promotions and more to ensure an excellent user experience

  • Assist with new product launches, including deploying product content, new item setup forms and ensuring in stock availability

  • Deliver against key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate and adoption goals

  • Apply a customer-first approach to all areas of responsibility, ensuring a seamless user experience across all marketing, merchandising & site experiences

  • Actively participate in design brainstorming sessions and design reviews to provide site enhancement ideas that drive towards KPIs

  • Using Google Analytics and other tools, provide insights for optimization of marketing initiatives, along with competitive marketing intel

  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing, preferably in the consumer products industry

  • Previous experience in Google Analytics, Sales Force Marketing Cloud (or other marketing platform) a strong plus

  • Experience with ecommerce web content management systems a strong plus (e.g., Hybris, Adobe Scene 7)

  • Strong reporting, analysis and measurement skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly communicate

  • Strong desire to learn, applies creative problem solving to new challenges

  • Independent, passionate, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented

  • High adaptability; able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced business environment

  • Ability to travel as needed including travel for marketing and sales meetings, tradeshows and/or customer shows and meetings with external partners (15%)
