Signature Healthcare Lean Specialist in Brockton, Massachusetts

Coach and apply lean principles and analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve processes and services; Coach and support Process Engineering activity; Coach and develop action plans as required to investigate and prioritize quality concerns and verify corrective actions on internal processes; Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency; Lead, coach, and conduct process improvement initiatives; Analyze and coach the analysis of process root causes; engage in mapping and corrective actions to improve efficiency; Create process and standard leader work supporting quality methods and processes; Deliver capable processes and tools for hospital and medical group operations; Lead and coach variability reduction and lean initiatives and best practices; Identify throughput constraints and drive root cause improvements. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in service / manufacturing industry; 3+ years of experience with continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency; Be able to demonstrate leadership in operational excellence behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills; Be able to demonstrate coaching and teaching abilities in Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies; Effective oral and written communication skills; Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; Corrective action and problem solving skills; Lean Tools - 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, and Value Stream Mapping; DMAIC and DMADV (DFSS) Project Methodology experience; TQM and Kaizen Methods; Experience in change management.
