This is a 6-month, full-time position for an entry-level individual with basic skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance work. This is an excellent opportunity to become exposed to and gain experience in residential property management. Training will be provided. This individual must work well independently and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities all with a willingness to learn. Good communication skills are necessary. This individual should be service-minded and take pride in their work.

Requirements

  • This is a 6-month assignment to assist with an HVAC project with the opportunity to become full-time should a suitable position be available at the end of that period.

  • This position reports to Tony Susi, Senior Portfolio Manager.

  • Scheduled hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. The regular schedule may change as necessary.

  • Must have reliable transportation.
