Kelly Services Supplier Quality Engineer in Bridgewater, Massachusetts

Kelly Engineering/OCG is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for a project engagement at one of our Global clients in Bridgewater, MA . This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer placed with Kelly Engineering/OCG you will be responsible for the following:


  • Assess Supplier based and products in Bridgewater and Monument to drive Dock to Stock Assessments and Reduced Inspection Assessments.

  • Work with Franchise and NPI teams to improve such processes to improve the Procedures and execution.


  • Support Associated Supplier investigations as required.

  • Efficiently migrate Externally Manufactured Product from being Inspected in Monument CO to Bridgewater MA.

  • Apply Dock to Stock and Reduced Inspection processes as it is done.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.

  • A Degree in Engineering, Life Science, or related discipline is preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a GMP and/or ISO regulated industry is required.

  • Experience in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Both, FDA and ISO regulations knowledge is preferred.

  • FDA CFR Part 820 and/or ISO 13485 knowledge is preferred.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are required.

  • Prior experience working collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization is preferred.

  • Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft office are required.

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ Certification and trainings are preferred.
