Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Boxborough! We are looking for an experienced Return Coordinator. This is a temp to perm position.

Pay Rate Range: $26-$27/hr

Schedule(s)/Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday

Position Title: Return Coordinator

Job Details

• Communication with Customers via phone, email, fax and other means.

• Conduct all duties required to process returns, return materials, process credit requests from customers, and contact customers for updates.

• Work alongside sales, operations, finance and other teams within the company to confirm all aspects of process.

• Collaborate with service technicians to obtain customer feedback on returns to make production team aware for future manufacturing.

• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of related Customer Service/Returns experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

• Prior experience interacting and engaging with customers on updates regarding returned products.

• Exceptional computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, as well as strong data entry skills.

• Basic understanding of electromechanical processes
