Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Service Representative in Boxborough, Massachusetts (MA).Duties Include:

  • Review and enter new orders

  • Confirm shipments and order status

  • Review and distribute incoming emails

  • Provide updates on order status and tracking numbers

  • Perform administrative duties

  • Perform customer service support tasks

  • All other duties as assigned

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a related environment required

  • Superior communication skills

  • Efficiency with computers required

  • Experience SAP or Oracle preferred
