We are looking for a VP of Enterprise Product to drive sustained growth and innovation for our enterprise product division. This leader will be responsible for leading the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products that drive revenue and engagement. You will be responsible for both expanding our current offerings, and also thinking and executing on transformational change that may be delivered through external partnership, 3rd party technology and services integrations, internal collaboration and organic development.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and drive the Enterprise product strategy in collaboration with the Enterprise General Manager, Sales Leadership and the Client Success teams, using data and insights provided by the Clinical team; new Enterprise revenue will be a key KPI for this role.

  • Support and grow our Enterprise Product Team (consisting of product managers and product designers), and create a department culture that drives engagement, learning, diversity, inclusion, and high performance.

  • Take on the role of a player/coach when necessary by helping the team execute on the product roadmap as well as Enterprise client implementations and customizations

  • Build and maintain a strong Product culture throughout the organization

What we are looking for:

  • You deeply understand both our members, our clients and the digital benefits space; you know the buyer profile inside and out and understand their pain points.

  • You have a breadth of experience leading the vision, design, and execution of a digital platform in an Agile environment.

  • You are an exceptional communicator and are comfortable with both internal and external audiences. You can paint a picture of your vision to prospects, while being comfortable talking details with engineers.

  • You are energized by being in a player/coach role, where you can use both your strategic thinking and planning skills (including the ability to set metrics, articulate strategy, identify and adjust priorities, anticipate unintended consequences, mitigate risks, and involve the right stakeholders at the right times) as well as your honed execution skills to move the organization forward.

  • You are passionate about women’s and family health, and care deeply about developing a product that makes an increasingly large impact in this space.

  • You understand the importance of leading people and developing a high-functioning and psychologically safe team.

  • You thrive in fast paced environments, embracing and leading through change and ambiguity. You have a flexible and creative mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles with a positive outlook.

  • You understand the importance of a strong product culture, and have experience advocating for strong Product Development and UX/UI Design values and processes throughout an organization

  • Cross collaboration is important to your success, and you have a track record of successful collaboration with engineering and technical teams, as well as product marketing, marketing, sales and client success teams.
