You are:

An experienced UKG Delivery and Quality Engineering Lead with a passion for ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality outcomes for clients. You thrive in managing large-scale projects, integrating innovative quality engineering solutions, and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve excellence in workforce management.

The Work:

The UKG Delivery and Quality Engineering Lead oversees the implementation/migration, testing, and delivery of UKG solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards. This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to drive seamless project execution and deliver exceptional value to clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, leading initiatives from conception to completion, and act as a key advocate for quality engineering best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of UKG solution implementations, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-go-live support.

  • Drive quality assurance strategies, including test planning, automation, and execution, to ensure flawless delivery of UKG solutions.

  • Partner with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Translate business needs into technical designs and implementation plans, ensuring solutions meet client-specific requirements.

  • Mentor and guide teams of consultants, testers, and developers to enhance their skills and align their work with delivery objectives.

  • Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and methodologies to elevate delivery efficiency and quality.

  • Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales cycles, contributing to proposals, estimations, and client presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing escalations proactively.

  • Ensure accurate tracking of project deliverables, timelines, and billing requirements.

  • Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

Here's what you need...

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering UKG solutions (e.g., Workforce Central, or ProWFM)

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering, including testing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and defect management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)

Bonus Points If...

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing delivery and testing for enterprise-grade workforce management systems

  • Certified in UKG ProWFM, Workforce Central

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and Agile delivery methodologies

  • Experience presenting to and engaging with executive-level audiences

  • Expertise in building and scaling test automation frameworks and tools

  • Ability to handle escalated issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution

  • Skilled in analyzing complex data, summarizing findings, and presenting actionable insights

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.     California $93,400 to $224,600

    Colorado $93,400 to $194,100

    District of Columbia $99,500 to $206,700

    New York $86,500 to $224,600

    Maryland $86,500 to $179,700

    Washington $99,500 to $206,700
