TS Regional Sales Manager – Liquidity Sales

The Commercial Banking Liquidity Services team is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to head Liquidity Sales for the Commercial Liquidity team. This role is pivotal to the continued growth and success of the Commercial Bank, as the Liquidity team has been a cornerstone of our outstanding achievements. This person will be responsible for selling liquidity products, which includes full spectrum of on balance sheet deposit products and off-balance sheet products where applicable. Their target market segment will be middle-market, corporate and wholesale clients.

The TS Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for driving sales performance, achieving financial goals, and leading a high-performing sales team responsible for delivering enterprise liquidity solutions. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with deep expertise in liquidity solutions, combined with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.

We are looking for a nimble, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can pivot quickly to meet evolving business priorities. This position offers significant enterprise-wide exposure, as the role involves interaction with all customer-facing stakeholders across the bank. The team under your leadership supports commercial liquidity functions across the entire enterprise, enabling solutions that deliver exceptional value to our commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • End to end ownership and accountability of the commercial liquidity sales.

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve financial results.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Partner directly with Commercial Banking leadership and business partners to align objectives and support mutual business initiatives.

  • Present sales results in various forums and host a division-wide weekly sales pipeline call for liquidity.

  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise in the sales process, ensuring smooth operations.

    Team Management and Development:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Liquidity Sales Specialists.

  • Maintain a high-performing, motivated sales team by creating clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and development.

  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture that encourages innovation and rewards success.

    Business Development and Strategy:

  • Collaborate on the development and execute on the playbook.

  • Directly meet with clients.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and business development.

    Qualifications:

  • Five years demonstrated ability to drive sales results and manage high performing teams, preferably at a large regional or national commercial bank.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate business conditions, results, vision, and strategies.

  • Flexibility to adapt sales strategies and tactics based on changing market conditions and customer feedback.

  • Expertise in negotiating deals and contracts with partners and clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Command of CRM tools (Salesforce) to streamline sales processes and track performance.

  • Proficient in active sales management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, to drive continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
