The Liquidity Business Planning Associate role is responsible for the coordinated formulation of the liquidity strategy. This role will assist in developing the forward looking roadmap for balance sheet optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment: Conduct assessment of internal needs of the enterprise and businesses and external assessment and understanding of the market.

  • Ideation: Provide ongoing generation of potential opportunities.

  • Strategy: Work cross-functionally to develop and coordinate strategy across all stakeholders (enterprise, LOB, support, product, ops, etc)

  • Facilitating of high quality communication between Liquidity, Product, Coverage and other functions

  • Produce crisp and effective presentations for various audiences up through the Board of Directors

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years experience in liquidity / cash management

  • Ability to demonstrate credibility and influence at senior levels in the organization

  • Ability to translate data into information in a meaningful way

  • Previous experience in consultative environment preferred

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills required

  • Demonstrates integrity and honesty

  • Demonstrates strong work ethic; self-directed and motivated to achieve results

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree required

  • MBA preferred
