U.S. Bank Third Party Inventory Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

The Third Party Inventory Analyst will be responsible for performing activities to ensure an accurate and complete Third Party population, including reconciliation of monthly third party spend and enhancement/change initiatives to TPRM inventory processes. The Analyst will develop and maintain strong relationships with business lines to ensure compliance with TPRM Policy requirements, including data analysis, reporting and credible challenge activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

a. Ability to set goals and objectives for both long and short term project completion for a variety of projects/tasks

b. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

c. Strong attention to detail and research skills

d. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and analyze information and challenge when risks are present

e. Problem solving skills to offer creative solutions related to third party selection

f. Proficient at learning computer applications and thinking outside the box to build reports, data mine and analyze static information

g. Effective written and oral communication practices

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Five to seven years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in third party risk, internal audit, compliance and/or regulatory functions

  • Self driven, high attention to detail

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Financial services' audit and regulatory background

  • Experience with Archer eGRC
