About the Role:
Technical Customer Care Representative, Product Solutions perform tasks related to product support services. The candidate will need to provide excellent customer service as well as technical and product support.
What You Will Do:
Provide Technical Support, troubleshooting and product knowledge to customers, sales force, and end users.
Handle and resolve high volume of technical calls and emails while meeting and/or exceeding quality standards and departmental goals.
Evaluate engineering CAD drawings to provide additional in-depth product support.
Work optimally with cross functional departments including but not limited to QA, product management, Engineering, Sales and Customer Care.
Lead product request and quality assurance tickets.
Actively participate in ongoing product training.
Continuing education including ALA lighting specialist certification.
What We Look For In A Candidate:
Able to work regular shift unless otherwise assigned by supervisor, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST
2-3 years lighting and/or related industry experience required.
Proficient understanding of low voltage and line voltage lighting systems and installations preferred.
Quick-learner, ambitious, and adaptable
Self-starter who is motivated and energized to work in ambiguous and changing environments
Good communication skills and ability to work successfully with diverse types of people
Enjoys working independently and as part of a team
Has high ethical standards and strong character
Min Range: $16.02 per Hour
Mid Range: $22.88 per Hour
Max Range: $29.75 per Hour
