Seniorlink/Caregiver Homes Strategic Marketing Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

The Client Marketing Manager is a seasoned marketer with experience working in the healthcare industry. As a member of the Corporate Marketing Department, this individual is a lead contributor to the strategy, development and execution of Seniorlink’s marketing plans and campaigns (b2b/b2c space). This individual will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and partner closely with key functions and business leaders across the organization including sales, operations, government relations, clinical and client services.

  • Drive the strategy and development of marketing plans and campaigns for both state and commercial lines of business, spanning channels such as print, radio, digital, social, community and outdoor advertising

  • Utilize project management skills to develop project briefs, launch internal team kick-offs and allocate budget spend, ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels while maintaining client relationships

  • Partner with content and digital marketing colleagues to drive awareness and lead generation activities from strategy through implementation

  • Provide consultation and support to corporate departments on marketing and brand initiatives

  • Monitor, measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives; make recommendations to leadership as needed

  • Create and update promotional materials including sales collateral, newsletters, campaign landing pages/ experiences, email and direct mail; manage vendors as needed

  • Maintain a strong pulse on the competitive landscape across state-based clients; conduct caregiver/B2B research to better understand our target audiences

  • Lead, manage and develop staff to ensure successful achievement of goals

  • Perform or duties or projects as assigned

  • Prefferred 5-8 years of marketing experience in a heath care setting; experience in managed care, Medicare or Medicaid a plus

  • Proven ability to think strategically and drive business results

  • Strong project management skills

  • Demonstrated empathy – ability to understand our audience and manage relationships, campaigns and conversations accordingly

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Stellar communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to senior level staff

  • Ability to work with and adapt to new technologies including social platforms, marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Hubspot)

  • Experience managing or developing staff

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs
