The primary objective is to build and leverage strong and lasting relationships at all levels from Executive management down to individual contributor level with the alliance partner to develop value added solutions and/or co-create complementary products/solutions, which result in revenues for both partners.
The Alliance Manager is expected to map the account, build a virtual account team to support the account, co-develop solutions with the alliance partner, and generate incremental sell-with revenue. The Alliance Manager is responsible for developing, executing and managing the Alliance Strategy and Business Plan for a Strategic Alliance partner.
Own and manage the partnership: develop partnership strategy, aligned with SE digital strategy, and work out a business plan.
Build new solutions with alliance partner - workstream led by the business unit.
Search for new opportunities to develop new solutions within the existing partnership.
Develop the joint go-to-market that result in revenues – in collaboration with regions, strategic accounts, segments, etc.
Deliver co-promotion and co-marketing, based on the annual marketing plan developed with the alliance partner. The execution is led in collaboration with Global marketing teams.
Monitor the partnership: conduct strategic reviews and measure the results
Build strong and lasting relationships at all levels from Executive management (quarterly reviews with the Executive sponsors) down to the individual contributor. Perform annual executive technology roadmap revues and influence the product roadmap of the alliance partner and of SE.
* *Skills / Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience in Strategy, Marketing / Offer, Sales, R&D;, Project Management
Good knowledge of Schneider Electric products, segments and organization or Industry knowledge
Demonstrated strong project and process management and organizational skills; business and account planning skills.
Superior relationship building skills – ability to influencer indirect reports and work on global stage
Successful experience working in a global, matrixed environment. Ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, interact and communicate with individuals/groups at all levels within the organization as well as externally.
Experience in interacting with C-level
