The primary objective is to continuously screen the ecosystem of partners; this includes a deep understanding of partner technologies and strategies. Ultimately, the partners’ capabilities and strategy will be matched with SE digital strategy and capabilities – partner option will be relevant when it accelerates (time-to-market) and optimizes (time-to-cost) SE strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Continuously screen the digital partner ecosystem, i.e. technology and strategy – through active participation in partner events. Map the partner ecosystem to SE digital strategy and capabilities.

  • Ensure the consistency of alliance engagements across the company (countries, clusters, business units, etc).

  • Perform the competitive watch of the alliance ecosystem, including investors’ presentations.

  • When a potential for an alliance is identified, and validated with SE digital management, launch the alliance formation and execute the pilot project. This includes close collaboration with the Business Units (lead the execution) and with Global Marketing (co-marketing activities). If the project is successful, the alliance will be transferred to an Alliance Manager for further scale-up (co-development, co-sell, co-marketing at scale).

* *Skills / Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in R&D;, Strategy, Marketing (offer, segment).

  • Good knowledge of Schneider Electric products and organization or Industry knowledge.

  • Demonstrated strong project management & organizational skills.

  • Superior relationship building skills – ability to influence indirect reports and work on global stage.

  • Successful experience working in a global, matrixed environment. Ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, interact and communicate with individuals/groups at all levels within the organization as well as externally.

  • Experience in interacting with C-level is a plus.

  • M.B.A. / B.S. / M.S.
