Store Manager Job Summary:

The Store Manager provides leadership to support the goals and strategies by ensuring our Dunkin’ customers have a warm and friendly customer service experience. Inspires and develops associates by modeling leadership to promote our service-driven culture to build high-performing teams. Our culture is service-driven, fun and high-performing. Job Responsibilities:

The Restaurant Manager reports directly to the District Manager and is responsible for leading a

team to consistently provide our customers with the highest level of service and a warm and

positive experience. Responsibilities include managing a Dunkin’ Unit, but are not limited to:

College Degree, 2+ Years Management Experience, Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Leadership & Role Modeling, Solution Driven, Strategic & Service Focused, Accountability, Technologically Proficient, ServSafe Preferred, Must Have Good References & Excellent Work Ethics
